SALON SHOP cannot be held responsible for changes in size, content or presentation of product descriptions made by the relevant manufacturer and cannot be held responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

SALON SHOP will not be liable for any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if any such failure is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control including without limitation Internet, communication, interruptions, outages,fire,flood,war or act of god.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory Rights as a Consumer.

SHOP SHOP may change or withdraw any part of salonshops.co.uk, reserve the right to charge for appointments unattended or cancelled without twenty four hours notice or refuse you access, terminate this agreement, cancel and or suspend access to salonshops.co.uk or membership upon breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions. Any such termination shall be deemed without prejudice to salonshops.co.uk other rights. Salon Shop reserve the right to revoke membership immediately, at any time, without notice and at it's own discretion.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of English Courts.
